Greg has had a passion for real estate ever since he was a child growing up in the Washington, D.C. area. As an investor and broker for more than thirteen years, he has successfully executed multimillion dollar transactions in both California and Florida. Greg is the founder of a real estate design and development company specializing in renovating properties in Naples, Florida. He is pleased to now be a permanent Naples resident, bringing his enthusiasm for real estate to buyers and sellers in what truly is paradise. 
Prior to relocating to Naples, Greg spent twenty-five years in Los Angeles where he pursued a legal career in the entertainment business, eventually overseeing the consumer products efforts for a major entertainment studio with a portfolio of industry-leading film and television properties. Working closely with manufacturing partners, retailers and international agents, Greg created quality licensed products, campaigns and experiences to extend the consumers' relationship with entertainment properties and maximize revenue. Over the years, he was responsible for more than five billion dollars in retail sales. Now, that business knowledge and ability to negotiate complex transactions is serving real estate clients in the Naples area.

Greg is a member of the California Bar, Naples Area Board of REALTORS, Naples Sailing and Yacht Club, active with the Duke Alumni Assoc., and a supporter of the Humane Society Naples.
