Ina Wagner, born and raised in Bremerhaven, Germany, discovered her passion for real estate as a
high school exchange student in Minnesota, U.S.A., hosted by a family immersed in this versatile
business. An apprenticeship at a German bank, as well as graduating university of applied sciences
with honors earning a degree in business (specializing in real estate), led her to a career in
commercial project development, followed by commercial loan underwriting, financing of business
start ups and agricultural lending with a German bank.

Always up for broadening one’s own horizon and not afraid to take on a new challenge, Ina and her
fiance became business partners in successfully establishing a dairy farm in south Georgia, U.S.A.
Though mainly responsible for running the office, Ina could also be found hands-on in the milking
parlor or driving the tractor during harvest season. As rewarding and diverse producing a wholesome
food like milk has been, they felt it was time for a change. Leaving the countryside behind, they opted
for free and easy Fort Myers city life.

Since they had traveled southwest Florida whenever they could step away from the farm and acquired
an extensive knowledge during those years buying various properties for themselves, they already felt
like home in the sunshine state. “What a perfect place to put down roots and enjoy the magnificent
flora and fabulous wildlife Florida has to offer. Going for walks at the beach, riding the bicycle through
the lush landscape, cooling off at the community pool or just relishing a cup of coffee in the morning
sitting outside on the lanai underneath a splendid blue sky gets you to sense paradise and makes you
feel blessed all along!”
